Excellent. The order was accurate to the exact count on each label tape ordered. I do find that I stumble through the process of pulling up your order form that displays the chart of label tape sizes. Once I finally do, the ordering procedure is very user-friendly and has been designed by someone that has some common-sense. Even though your label tapes are a little pricey, there are others out there selling comparable tapes compatible with the Brother Label Maker machines. People are finding out that the quality of tape thickness is not the same, and reliability of a quality print on the tapes are not always what they came to expect. I would like to return those items. I thought I had ordered 1/2" tape and upon the arrival of the 3/4" tape I did order 1/2" tape from your company. How do I proceed with returning the 3/4" tape?
Better for my "old eyes"
The 3/4 inch labels are just a bit larger than the other labels I've used. As I got older, I found it harder to read the small labels, and so these make my life easier. P-Touch Direct is a great way to find exactly the labels you want.
